NCMFC Business Meetings for 2011:

Meetings are open to the public.

Usually there is a public comment period the evening before. And often the MFC will take public comments before the business sessions begin.

Before the meetings and during breaks, there are usually opportunities to talk to the commissioners one-on-one.
