They caught a 47 lb king off of Surf City Pier and many more.

Piers are reporting blues,spanish,few pan fish such as spots, mullets, croackers. Also have seen a few kings at the end of the pier as well..Along the surf there has been some nice catches of red drum.offshore–bottom fi...shing for grouper has been excellent..kings have moved close to the beach around 20 miles or so…we will be have another cold front coming through this weekend..so the fish action should take off
