Spanish Fishing 5-12-2012

Left the dock at 8:15 am to get a bit a fishing in and shake the cobb webbs off with my two buds Dave and Joel. My first trip since I have been traveling Internationally for work. The ocean was beautiful on Saturday and we had to be back early to take the wives and kids to the beach for Mothers day weekend. We cruised out Ritchies which by the way is now very sporty on low tide and she has moved quite a bit since last year for sure.... We dropped out some lines around 8:45am and set off trolling around 6 knots. We ran planers and silver spoons and the bite went off around 9:30am---We felt like we were bailing Spanish for awhile and 1.5hrs later----were cleaning the boat and fish! We ended up with a very nice day of Catching Fish! Hope this will be a great year for ALL Fishing!!! Catchem UP!
